Fees listed below are per applicant.

In addition to the visa fee, there is a service charge of 988 Roubles
(inclusive of VAT) per application - to be paid in cash.

The fees and charges once paid are not refundable.
Visa fee for citizens of following countries : Russian Federation, Ukraine,
Moldova, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia and
Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Please Note:
Short stay "C" visas (Schengen visas) are issued for short periods, not
exceeding 90 days per semester :

"marriage" visas : we issue a Schengen visa to people wishing to marry in
Belgium.
The visa fee is also 1.330 rur or 2.280 rur.
Long-stay national visas are issued for temporary residence in Belgium:

Work permit - professional card
Visas are generally issued within 3 working days if the file is complete.
Other categories
Processing times may vary considerably since most of the applications need to
be submitted to the "Office des étrangers/Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken" (Ministry
of Interior).
If your file has been sent to the "Office des étrangers/Dienst
Vreemdelingenzaken" you can check the progress of your application at
www.dofi.fgov.be (you will need to enter your file number). You can
also call the helpdesk at +810-32-2 206 15 99.
Categories of persons who benefit from a waiving of the visa fee :

Children under 6 years

European Union national or of a
EEA national, as defined in the Directive 2004/38/EC

School pupils, students, post graduate students and accompanying teachers who
undertake trips for the purpose of study or educational training

Researchers from third countries travelling within the European Community for
the purpose of carrying out scientific research

Students who received a grant from the Belgian Government (it also includes
grants from the federal Belgian bodies : the Flemish Community, the French
Community, the German-speaking Community, the Walloon Region, the
Brussels-Capital Region) or from the European Union. Grants to participate at
student exchanges like Erasmus, Tempus or Socrates can be considered as EU
grants if the grant allowed to the student is an individual one.

Students going to study in Belgium in the framework of Erasmus and Erasmus Mundus programmes.

family reunion visas :
*visa applicant wishing to join his/her spouse who is Belgian or a EEA citizen
living in Belgium
*child wishing to join a parent in Belgium. The parent (mother/father) is
married to a Belgian or to a EEA
citizen living in Belgium.
*parent wishing to join his/her child in Belgium. The child is married to a
Belgian or a EEA citizen living in Belgium.
