Documents to be submitted with a visa application:

• A valid travel document (e.g. international passport) valid for three months longer than the visa applied for. It is advisable that your passport contains at least two double blank pages reserved for visas (blank front and back) for each applicant (so, if a child travels with parent in the parent’s passport, there should be 4 blank pages (blank front and back), i.e. 8 blank pages.
• A visa application form correctly completed, signed and accompanied by two recent passport photographs bearing a true likeness to the applicant.
• A letter of invitation by a Belgian company indicating the purpose, duration of stay, mentioning which party is bearing the expenses of the trip.
• A covering letter from the Russian company confirming the applicant's position and who is bearing the expenses of the trip (employment statement)
• Proof of former cargo transport (cargo- and export papers CMR and TIR)
• Proof of a valid travel insurance policy, with a minimum cover of 30.000 Euro per person and also valid for other Schengen countries
• Previous passports containing Schengen visas.

Important :

1. The documents listed above are only the basic documents to be submitted in all cases. Additional documents may be requested by the Consulate and Applicants may also be invited for an interview.
2. The above mentioned type 'C' visa is for valid for all Schengen countries and is intended for a short stay up to 90 days.
