How to Apply by Courier
How to submit an application via courier?
Applicants now have the facility to send their applications via courier to the
Visa Application Centre. The following procedure needs to be adhered to.
Applicant has to go to any branch of
VTB24 Bank and pre-pay all fees. The fees that need to be paid at the
bank are Visa fees, service charge 1170 Rubles, courier fee if the applicant
wants the passport to be returned back via courier and courier processing fee
140 Rubles. The fees applicable are per application. To know how much courier
fee the applicant needs to be pay, click on "Check Price" field,
www.dhl.ru The applicant needs to call DHL for collection of documents
and pay DHL for one way courier. One envelope per application needs to be
handed over to DHL along with supporting documentation as per the

Important!
If individuals pay the mentioned above fees via a bank,the bank payment can
only be made via VTB 24 Bank. The bank transfer made in any other banks will
not be accepted.
When you pay the fees via VTB24 bank the earliest you can submit the documents
for your visa is next day. Your documents will be accepted only if your money
has reached our account. In the event that your money has not reached our
account your application will be kept on hold till the money is deposited in
our bank account.
If you submit your documents to VAC personally or via authorized person you can
pay all the fees in cash at the cashier’s office of Visa Application Centre.
Note:
If the applicant wants the passport to be returned back via courier, the
passport will be sent across to the address that is mentioned in the visa
application form. Kindly ensure that the Zip code is mentioned in the visa
application form
Delivery
To trace the existing delivery go to "DHL" website using the following link
Tracking and use the invoice number that you can find on your receipt
(AWB No).
