The Belgium Visa
Service Centre aims to offer a fair and professional service to all
our customers. We welcome feedback that helps us to focus on where
we need to improve.
If you have
received particularly good service from us, or if you have any
complaints or comments or are concerned about the standard of
service you received, please let us know. We will investigate all
complaints fully and will send you a reply kindly do provide us a
reference number in case you have received one.
