Business Visa and/or conference/fair
Documents to be submitted with a visa application:

• A valid travel document (e.g. international passport) valid for a minimum of 03 months after expiry of the applied visa. It is advisable that your passport contains at least two double blank pages reserved for visas (blank front and back) for each applicant (so, if a child travels with parent in the parent’s passport, there should be 4 blank pages (blank front and back), i.e. 8 blank pages.
• A visa application form correctly completed, signed and accompanied by two recent passport photographs bearing a true likeness to the applicant.
• A letter of invitation by a Belgian company indicating the purpose, duration of stay, mentioning which party is bearing the expenses of the trip. When visiting a fair or conference : the registration to the conference/fair.
• A covering letter from the Russian company confirming the applicant's position and salary, and who is bearing the expenses relating to the trip.
• Proof of a valid travel insurance policy, either individual or group, with a minimum cover of 30,000 Euro and valid for all Schengen countries.
• For non-Russian citizens, a valid visa or residence permit for the Russian Federation + registration valid 3 months after the scheduled return
• Previous passport containing Schengen visas

Important :

1. The documents listed above are only the basic documents to be submitted in all cases. Additional documents may be requested by the Consulate and Applicants may also be invited for an interview.
2. The above mentioned type 'C' visa is for valid for all Schengen countries and is intended for a short stay up to 90 days.
