The Embassy of Belgium is pleased to announce the opening of their Visa Application Centres in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. This service is available for Russian residents who wish to apply for a visa to Belgium.
This payable service (900 roubles) is available for all residents citizens of Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Uzbekistan. Kazaktan, Kyrgystan,Tajikistan who wish to apply for a Schengen visa with Belgium as main destination. In case the submitted visa application file is complete, a decision will be taken by the Embassy within 10 working days.We wish to draw your attention on the fact that all applicants can still submit personally their visa application at the Embassy premises if they prefer to do so. In that case, the above-mentioned additional fee will not be charged. For submission at the Embassy, an appointment has to be made previously with our visa section through telephone number 7 (495) 983 3020. The requested appointment will be granted within a time frame of maximum of 15 days according to the availabilities on our agenda.

If an interview is required by the Embassy then it can be conveniently be scheduled at the visa application centre. We offer the option of courier service for return of passport, directly at your doorstep.
